Terje has extensive experience in the Norwegian entrepreneurship and good networking among local industries. Terje has been working with sports and outdoor activities for children and has held several different positions of trust.

Kristine is creative director at the Scandinavian branding agency Everland. She has a long career behind her from some of Norway's most renowned design agencies. Kristine is a former scout and an active outdoor enthusiast. She has developed the visual profile for When in Norway AS.

Karin has worked in the branded goods industry her entire professional career, with leading positions in marketing, category building and sales. She holds a Master of Science in Economics from France, and has both Nordic and international experience through her various positions and roles. Karin has held various positions of trust throughout her life, whether through sports, scouting, choir or her own children's activities.

Petter was born and raised in Oslo and is well known in the city and the surrounding countryside. He has a professional career in management and customer-related positions from banking/finance for over 20 years, but has worked with executive recruitment for the last 14 years. Petter has worked as a cycling and strength instructor at a fitness center for 12 years. He has an active lifestyle where he engages in all forms of skiing in the winter and runs and cycles a lot in the summer.

Einar is the founder of When in Norway AS. He has more than 20 years of experience from Norwegian and international business, where he has held various management positions and positions of trust.‍
