We start with a short tram ride through Oslo’s lively streets and head straight to one of the city’s most beloved landmarks: Frogner Park. Here you’ll explore the extraordinary Vigeland Sculpture Park, where artist Gustav Vigeland captured human life in all its shapes, emotions, and quirks. It’s a place full of surprises — and you’ll likely find yourself smiling at many of the sculptures.

Right at the park entrance, little explorers can run wild at the Castle Playground, a favorite among local families. After a well‑deserved play break, we hop back on the tram and return toward the vibrant center of Norway’s capital.

Passing the striking Deichman Bjørvika Library, we arrive at the iconic Oslo Opera House — a building you can walk on, inside and out. Its iceberg‑inspired architecture has earned several international awards, and rightly so. Take your time to explore the building and its rooftop at your own familie`s pace. The views over the fjord are simply fantastic.

Next, we continue past one of Oslo’s newest landmarks: the MUNCH Museum, watched over by the oversized sculpture Mother sitting by the water. In the exciting Bjørvika district — full of canals, cool shops, and family‑friendly cafés — another great playground awaits. Here the kids can show off their climbing skills, and who knows, maybe the parents will even manage to get the giant hamster wheel moving.

Filled with new impressions and happy moments, we make our way back to the starting point of the tour.

After the tour, families who want to continue their adventure can choose to add a visit to "EKT Animal Park" in the beautiful Ekebergparken.

If desired, we help you plan and navigate the easiest way to get there and make sure you know exactly where to go once you arrive.

At EKT, children can meet ponies, goats, rabbits, and other friendly animals — a perfect, relaxed ending to a day full of discoveries.

Tickets to EKT Rideskole & Husdyrpark are not included and must be purchased individually.
